I have been the in-house designer for corporate and small businesses for 11 years. My freelance website clients include businesses in the health and wellness industry, film and televsion post-production, producers, artists, illustrators, IT consultants and an interior decorator.

 

SPHERA STUDIOS is a full service 3D visualization studio dedicated to provided the highest quality renderings and animation for architects, designers and developers. Working with the studio's principal, I developed the pages based on his Photoshop layouts. After three drafts and trying several options for the gallery pages, Sphera now has a very attractive and effective showcase for their work.

CENTER STAGED INTERIORS is new company that needed a complete website design. They had a new logo and color scheme, and I provided everything else while working closely with them on photography and copy editing.

Center Staged Interiors specializes in redesign and redecorating of homes in preparation for sale, for downsizing or after construction of an addition.

BEYOND FITNESS PILATES is a successful and growing studio in Cambridge MA that gives mat and machine classes and offers physical therapy.

They needed someone for web maintenance and updates to their monthly online schedule. The owner basically liked her site's overall look and design and didn't want major changes. When I took a look at the pages, I found a lot of buggy tables-based code and distorted images. In less than 2 days I completely rebuilt the site making it CSS-based, simplified the navigation and teacher pages and added other new pages the owner needed.

CINE LAB is a professional motion picture laboratory that processes, prints and transfers 35mm, 16mm and Super-8. They have been in business for 50 years. Many years ago I was a color timer and lab assistant at Cine. Their customers include movie studios, film schools, and scientists. I worked with the owner to completely redesign their website, simplifying the navigation, editing and reorganizing the information their customers need.

Angelica Brisk is a filmmaker, WGBH producer, editor and educator currently working on a Masters in Education. She needed a portfolio site to present her considerable collection of clips for the 30+ films and videos she has made or worked on in the last 15 years. Hilary Graham is a prolific writer and filmmaker. In 2007 she was a contestant on the FOX TV series "On The Lot". Out of 12,000 applicants, she made it to the top 8, and also was voted "Best Writer" of the series.

The website presents the projects she made while on the show and clips from her earlier film and television work. She and I have been colleagues on several films projects in the last 15 years.
